With temperatures dropping in NWPA, thermal sleeping bags (rated for below-freezing temperatures or 30 degrees and under) are a lifeline for our un-housed neighbors. For some, these bags are the only source of warmth and protection from life-threatening cold.
How You Can Help:
Please consider donating a thermal sleeping bag to support Our Neighbors’ Place Seasonal Overflow Shelter and SAM (Shelter Area Meadville).
Thermal sleeping bags can be purchased at stores like Walmart, Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, or online retailers such as Amazon.
