UMW is now United Women in Faith

Last year the United Methodist Women began a series of changes and updates to better serve all women of the United Methodist Church.  It began with the change of their name from United Methodist Women to United Women in Faith. 

This change represents much more than a new name. They asked 24,000 women of faith what they desired most from the organization. Inspired by those insights, they are evolving to stay true to the important work of the past while opening their arms wider, creating new ways to welcome even more sisters to work together. 

With this new name, they affirm that the core values of faith, sisterhood and action will continue to inspire their work and focus on the need for all Christian women to be united!
